Garcinia Cambogia is also known as the Malabar tamarind and is a pumpkin-like fruit grown in southeast Asia. It has been used in eastern cultures for centuries as an appetite suppressant and weight loss aid, but only in the past year or so has it received a lot of notice in Europe and the U.S..
What is the truth behind Garcinia Cambogia, though? Is it truly effective for weight loss? Does Garcinia Cambogia work? I decided to put it to the test. I tried one Garcinia Cambogia product and thought it worked pretty well, but then I heard about another company’s product that was supposed to be more potent and more effective, so I decided to give them a try. I was amazed at how much better it worked than the first product. So it seems that the research surrounding Garcinia Cambogia would indicate that it does in fact help prevent the absorption of fat, reduce appetites, and aid in weight loss.
But what is the best Garcinia Cambogia product out there? Well, Dr. Oz has some recommendations about what to look for when you shop for a Garcinia Cambogia supplement. He suggests you find a supplement that contains at least 60% HCA (hydroxycitric acid) and one that also contains potassium so it can be better absorbed by the body. He also recommends that you find a supplement that uses pure Garcinia Cambogia extract, and not synthetic Garcinia Cambogia
The Whole Body Research Garcinia Cambogia fit all of the requirements and I think the reason why it worked so much better than the rest of the products that I tried is because it contained the added potassium. I think in the other Garcinia Cambogia products my body wasn’t able to absorb the HCA like it was with the Whole Body Research Garcinia Cambogia.
I’m really surprised by how well the Garcinia Cambogia seems to help me control my appetite and fat absorption. I guess that’s probably why it’s been such a talked about weight loss supplement. Because it actually works!
